libisc160 software package provides ISC Shared Library used by BIND, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libisc160
libisc160 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libisc160 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libisc160 *
You will get with libisc160 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
